Shoveling dirt

Mommy and daddy got a storage building this week and we decided to help shovel the dirt to level out the ground.

Happy Memorial Day!

Today we got to stay home again with mommy and daddy to play!! We decided not to go to the Lakehouse with Uncle Bart and Aunt Kara because mommy and daddy were working on cleaning up the backyard. We, once again, had a beautiful day and played outside all day!

Daddy took the bounce house out of the shed and we had to jump in it!!

Tonight we decided to go out to dinner at Logan's and had the best time!

 

Mommy gave me all her tomatoes from her salad. Daddy had the nerve to try to eat one, but I would not let him!

And I would take it right back from him!

 If he did make it to his mouth,

I would get him!

After nap time, we all went to Ms. Laine, Coach Sean and Jake's property. We played and played and grilled out. We even made smores! It was so much fun!!

Mommy and I spent the afternoon lougning in the chair in the backyard while Evan napped. It was the perfect day for it! I love Spring!! Of course, I had to hold a kitten the whole time. (Oh, and I got mommy a flower for her hair too!)

Daddy started working on his truck tonight and I HAD to help!!! I passed him all the sockets he could possibly need. I even tried to use the sockets:

 

Then I helped him set up the jack, (but mommy took me away before he lifted the truck...something about it could fall and hurt me...sheesh, mom!)

Grandma's real birthday

Today is grandma's real 70th birthday, even though we celebrated last weekend. We all got together again for lunch today. Then mommy, daddy and us went back to Grandma's house and played around the lake. We walked across the big bridge:
