We got to go on the field!! Evan was so excited, although, disappointed when he realized all we got to do was walk on the dirt in the outfield. He wanted to run the bases, but knew he'd get another chance at the end of the game (Sunday's kids run the bases after the game). So, after sitting in the extremely hot sun for the entire game, a storm rolled in as soon as the game ended, and the running of the bases was cancelled. One day, Evan will run these bases!
