Happy Birthday Daddy!

Today is Daddy's birthday!! Meermaw took both of us shopping to buy daddy a present and decorations for a surprise party!! (Mommy had to go to the Titans game, so she missed the shopping. But, she made it back in time for the party!!) I tried not to tell daddy about the surprise party, but it kept slipping out.... I'm not very good at surprises! :)

 

While we were decorating, Evan decided to take a piece of styrofoam and taste the icing on the cake.... He doesn't look guilty at all....

 

Here I am putting the candles on the cake:

I got a little impatient waiting on daddy to get to his party, so I started eating the cake.... I got caught...

 

But, I shared with Kirsten. Does that make it better???

 

I tried to make it inconspicuous. See how my spoon has dug a tunnel of cake out??

When mommy told me I needed to stop - here's how I left my spoon:

Here, let me give you some cake. It's yummy!

Time for presents. I picked out princess stickers! I just knew daddy would love them! Meermaw wanted me to look at a hat or shirt, but I knew he'd rather have these stickers!
